NHLI Embarks on 14 Year Impact Study

For over 14 years, NHLI has diligently labored to fulfill its mission of developing Hispanas as ethical world leaders. This year, thanks to some initial funding from Ford Motor Company, NHLI and the Center for Women Policy Studies (CWPS) will conduct an impact study of the NHLI executive leadership program and its effectiveness on the lives and career advancements of the 300 alumnae. Founded in 1972, CWPS is the nation’s first feminist policy research organization. NHLI plans to publish the results of the study in conjunction with this year’s 15-Year Anniversary Celebration.
