During this session, participants will be exposed to CCL's process of leadership development and will explore ways to apply that process to the development of their own leadership capabilities. They will learn a framework for understanding and tackling the challenges associated with thinking & acting strategically as well as influencing others in ways to enhance an organization's future vitality.

The Role of Teams in Effective Strategic Leadership

An effective strategic leadership requires more than being a strong individual leader. The concept of strategic leadership teams, typical challenges faced by these teams, and how to improve your contributions to organizational vitality will be explored in this session.
