At each conference, NHLI President Marisa Rivera-Albert presents Preparing Latinas for Leadership Positions outlining the strengths and challenges that Latinas face today as well as what the NHLI program offers to women looking for a positive change in their lives.

An exciting interaction session presented by the Gallup Organization, The Seven Demands of Leadership, discusses how leaders must meet these demands to maximize their leadership impact and explore how they can be used to shape your leadership strategies.

 The morning finishes off with Latinas Sharing Their Secrets of Success, a panel discussion with Latinas at top level management positions who discuss how they managed the challenges and opportunities of a career and family life.
