The NHLI Executive Leadership Training Conference and Mujer Awards Gala brings together Latinas and NHLI’s accomplished alumnae from across the country for two days of cutting-edge professional development and leadership training, networking, and celebration of Latina accomplishments.  Approximately 90% of our attendees are Latina professionals from the business, non-profit, government, and academic communities; about two thirds are women ages 35 to 55, another 20% are under 30, and about 20% are over 55 years of age.  With women being the “chief purchasing officers” in Latino families and the Hispanic consumer market nearing one trillion, NHLI’s Latina network is a key demographic.

SPONSOR VISIBILITY

NHLI implements an intensive marketing and promotion plan each year to elevate and recognize the Executive Leadership Training Conference and Mujer Awards Gala sponsors.  Sponsors will get national visibility during months leading to the conference, at the conference and post-conference.

Media Exposure – Conference media outreach includes dissemination of media materials to over 5,000 media outlets and approximately 42,000 websites, including YahooNews which receives approximately 5 million hits a day.  Conference information is accessed and published by top publications covering non-profits, business, government, public policy issues, and the Hispanic community (some of these have included Forbes, CNBC, Business Week, Univision, Hispanic Business, Diversity Inc, and Reuters).

Online Exposure – Visited by more than 2 million unique visitors annually, NHLI’s website features sponsor’s hyperlinked logos in its highly trafficked conference page.   Sponsors also receive visibility in NHLI’s quarterly e-newsletters and monthly e-alerts/e-messages (brief electronic communications announcing an event or sharing specific information) which are sent to NHLI’s broad network of over 7,000 people.  Major sponsors have the opportunity to be profiled in newsletter articles and include ads/ banner messages in the monthly e-alert/e-messages. 

Other Exposure – Sponsor/company name appears in all materials promoting the conference nationally and locally. Sponsors are showcased in the conference book – distributed to conference participants at the event and later used widely to promote the following year’s conference – and are recognized in NHLI’s year-end (hardcopy) newsletter edition, widely distributed to NHLI’s powerful alumnae network, elected officials, corporate and non-profit executives, allied organizations, and more.
